This Payment and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, purchases, credits, subscriptions, and refund-related matters on PocketPandit.Ai (“PocketPandit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Policy applies to all users worldwide and forms part of our Terms of Use. By making any payment on PocketPandit.Ai, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. NATURE OF SERVICES
PocketPandit.Ai provides digital, on-demand, artificial intelligence–based services that are delivered immediately upon purchase or activation.
These services include, but are not limited to:
• AI-generated answers and responses
• Credit-based access to questions and
features
• Language-based responses and
translations
• Time-based chat access (hourly, daily,
weekly, monthly, unlimited)
• Subscription-based access plans
Because these services are digital and begin immediately, all purchases are considered final.
2. CREDIT-BASED PURCHASES
Users may purchase credits in various quantities (for example: 10 credits, 20 credits, or more).
Credit usage terms:
• One credit generally provides access to
one AI-generated response
• Some responses may consume less than
one credit
• Some responses, features, or languages
may consume more than one credit
• Credit consumption depends on response
length, complexity, processing, and language
Credits:
• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• Are non-refundable
• Cannot be exchanged for money or
external services
Unused credits do not entitle the user to a refund.
3. LANGUAGE-BASED CHARGES
PocketPandit.Ai may charge credits for:
• Selecting a specific language
• Changing languages
• Multilingual or translated responses
By using language features, you acknowledge and agree that additional credits may be consumed.
Language-related credit usage is final and non-refundable.
4. TIME-BASED ACCESS PLANS
Users may purchase time-based access plans, including:
• 1 hour access
• 1 day access
• 1 week access
• 1 month access
• Unlimited access (as defined at the
time of purchase)
Time-based access:
• Begins immediately upon activation
• Expires automatically at the end of the
selected duration
• Does not pause, roll over, or extend
due to inactivity
Unused or partially used time is not refundable.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS
PocketPandit.Ai may offer subscription plans.
Subscription terms:
• Minimum subscription period is one (1)
month unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions may renew
automatically
• Subscription charges are billed in
advance
Users are responsible for:
• Managing their subscription
• Cancelling before renewal if they do
not wish to continue
Failure to cancel before renewal does not entitle the user to a refund.
6. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
All payments made to PocketPandit.Ai are final and non-refundable, including:
• Credit purchases
• Time-based access plans
• Subscription fees and renewals
• Language-related charges
• Promotional or discounted purchases
No refunds are provided for:
• Partial usage or non-usage
• Dissatisfaction with AI responses
• Change of mind
• Misunderstanding of credits, plans, or
features
• Failure to read policies
7. EXCEPTIONAL OR LEGALLY REQUIRED REFUNDS
Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only if:
• Required by applicable law, or
• Approved at
PocketPandit.Ai’s sole
discretion
If a refund is issued under such circumstances:
• The refund amount will be
reduced by all non-recoverable costs,including but not limited
to:
• Payment
gateway or processor fees
• Platform
service charges
• Currency
conversion and exchange fees
• Bank or
intermediary charges
• Taxes,
duties, or government levies
• Refunds may be partial and not equal to
the original amount paid
• Refunds are processed only to the
original payment method
• Refund processing times depend on
payment providers and banks
PocketPandit.Ai is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
8. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND SERVICE ERRORS
If a verified technical issue occurs that is directly caused by PocketPandit.Ai (such as failed credit delivery or confirmed system errors), users may contact support.
At our sole discretion, we may provide:
• Credit restoration
• Additional bonus credits
• Time-based access extension
Compensation for technical issues is provided only in credits or access, not monetary refunds.
9. USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for:
• Understanding how credits, time plans,
and subscriptions work
• Monitoring credit and time usage
• Managing language and feature
selections
• Cancelling subscriptions on time
PocketPandit.Ai is not responsible for credits or access consumed due to user actions, preferences, or misunderstandings.
10. CHARGEBACKS, FRAUD, AND ABUSE
We reserve the right to:
• Deny refunds or credits in cases of
suspected fraud or abuse
• Suspend or permanently terminate
accounts involved in chargebacks
• Contest chargebacks using transaction
records, logs, and service data
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:
• Immediate suspension of access
• Permanent termination of the account
• Forfeiture of remaining credits or
access
11. CURRENCY AND INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS
Prices may be displayed or charged in different currencies.
Users acknowledge that:
• Currency conversion rates are set by
payment providers
• Exchange rates may fluctuate
•
PocketPandit.Ai is not
responsible for currency differences
Any refund, if issued, will be subject to the same currency conversion
and fee deductions.
12. TAXES AND GOVERNMENT CHARGES
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government
charges imposed by their jurisdiction.
Taxes and government charges are non-refundable, even if a
refund is otherwise approved.
13. POLICY UPDATES
We may update this Payment and Refund Policy from time to time.
The Effective Date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of
the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
