These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PocketPandit.Ai (“PocketPandit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an artificial intelligence–based prediction and informational service operated by POCKETPANDIT INC, a company incorporated in the United States of America.
By accessing or using PocketPandit.Ai, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
PocketPandit.Ai is an artificial intelligence system that generates automated, predictive, and informational responses based on user-provided inputs.
The Service is experimental in nature and is provided for general informational and exploratory purposes only.
PocketPandit.Ai is not a government authority, regulatory body, religious authority, or official advisory service, and does not issue binding or authoritative determinations of any kind.

AI-generated outputs must not be relied upon for:

3. AI LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER
You understand and acknowledge that:

incomplete, misleading, or outdated

interpretive, and non-deterministic

4. USER INPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of any information you
provide, including birth data
• How you interpret or act upon
AI-generated outputs
PocketPandit.Ai is not responsible for errors, outcomes, or consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading user inputs.
5. BIRTH INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
If you voluntarily provide date of birth, time of birth, or place of
birth:
• Such information is provided at your
discretion
• It is used only to generate AI-based
outputs requested by you
• Outputs based on birth information are
interpretive and non-factual
AI-generated predictions based on birth information are not guarantees, statements of fact, or assurances of real-world outcomes.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful,
abusive, or deceptive purposes
• Submit content that violates any law or
third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape,
probe, or exploit the AI system
• Misuse outputs for fraud, harassment,
or harm
• Interfere with the security, integrity,
or availability of the Service
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in PocketPandit.Ai, including software, models, design, algorithms, and content (excluding user inputs), are owned by POCKETPANDIT INC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, lawful purposes only.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written permission.
8. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of the content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant PocketPandit.Ai a limited license to process, store, and use such content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content you provide.
9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will:
• Be uninterrupted or error-free
• Meet your expectations
• Be continuously available
• Produce specific results
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without notice or liability.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law,
PocketPandit.Ai, POCKETPANDIT
INC, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and
affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related
to: • Use of or reliance on AI-generated
outputs
• Decisions made based on the Service
• Loss of data, profits, opportunities,
or goodwill
• Service interruptions, errors, or
failures
Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Service.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
PocketPandit.Ai and
POCKETPANDIT INC from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or
expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of AI-generated outputs
• Your violation of any law or
third-party rights
12. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time,
with or without notice, for any reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
13. INTERNATIONAL USE
PocketPandit.Ai is operated
from the United States and offered globally.
You are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations
applicable to your use of the Service.
We make no representation that the Service is lawful or appropriate in
every jurisdiction.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these
Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration
conducted in the State of Delaware, United States, in accordance with
the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You and PocketPandit.Ai waive
any right to a jury trial.
16. NO CLASS ACTIONS
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all disputes must be brought
on an individual basis only.
You agree not to participate in any class, collective, representative,
or group action against
PocketPandit.Ai.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The Effective Date
reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
